This is a camera case model machined out from abs material base on customer’s design, it consists of the front case,back case,and the camera,after finishing they will be assembled together.
Precision cnc machining model processing procedure
Every prototype model EbyTon made was strictly base on customer's 3d drawing, tolerance ensured within +/-0.1mm, after come down from machine,EbyTon's specialist begins post handling job:remove sharp edges, then try the fitness of fitting parts, then clear angles,then do sanding; the last step is painting .

EbyTon inspection system
QC personnel inspects the key points, overall dimension, structure, fitness before painting, and after painting finished, re-check the fitness, and check the surface finish, color. If unfitness discovered,EbyTon will repair the problematic positions accordingly ;Yet sometimes unfitness may be the problem of design ,in which case,EbyTon will confirm with clients,whether need to modify the structure for them or not,because this is serious question that will impact the final effect of this product and the mass production.
